FAQ

Q1: Is the rotation speed of the internal scene fixed?

A: Yes, the rotation speed is controlled by the built in motor and runs at a constant slow speed (approximately 1to2 revolutions per minute). This is designed to create a tranquil, dreamy viewing experience rather than fast paced spinning. A precision silent motor drives the entire Christmas scene to rotate steadily, allowing you to see every detail of the scene without having to turn the lantern manually.

Q2: The glitters keep floating and never sink to the bottom. Is there a problem?

A: This is normal behavior. The product is filled with a specially formulated secret formula water whose density has been carefully adjusted to keep the glitters evenly suspended in the water. They float and drift for a long time without quickly sinking to the bottom, creating a visual effect like falling snowflakes or twinkling stars. If the glitters completely sink and stop moving, there might be a problem with the motor or the rotating mechanism.

Q3: Are the 8 songs played randomly or in a fixed order?

A: The 8 classic Christmas / holiday songs play in a fixed sequential loop. Each time the product is powered on, playback starts from song 1 and proceeds in order. After all 8 songs have been played, it automatically loops back to song 1. Random playback or single song repeat mode are not supported.

Q4:  Does the product support using batteries and USB power at the same time?

Yes, but they cannot be used simultaneously. The product offers two independent power supply methods:

Battery power: Requires 3 AA batteries. Suitable for placement where no outlet is available, such as the center of a dining table, a living room coffee table, etc.
USB power: Connect a USB cable to a power adapter, computer, or power bank. Suitable for long term continuous use.

Q5:  Does the product support recharging? Can the batteries be recharged repeatedly?

A: The product itself does not have a built in charging function. If you are using rechargeable AA batteries, please remove the batteries and charge them using a dedicated battery charger, then put them back into the product. When using regular alkaline batteries, simply replace them with new ones when the power is depleted.
